Amended Rules for 2023

All events with only one contestant entered will be held however, there will be no prizes and no money won since it is not a competition. The contestant is able to earn points and qualify for NCJRA finals where there will be year-end prizes. Contestants will be called if this situation arises and will have the choice to stay entered or draw out.
30-second time limit in the open team roping.
Calves can be dairy cattle or an approved herd by the roughstock Director/board of directors.
There will be a 5 second penalty added to any Jr. Jr. whose parent crosses the threshold of the arena gate. Judge and event director will be keeping track of these penalties.
In gymkhana events there will be a two minute time limit to enter the arena. Time starts when your name is called to enter arena. Time to be kept with stopwatch by judge.

You'll need to submit your membership form and annual Membership fee. Please note that your membership fee and annual sponsorship fee have been combined into one payment. Memberships are non-refundable. Your membership may be sponsored. Each member must submit one form. (***Required)
Minors Release - Each contestant and parent must submit a release of liability each year. This form is part of the membership form. (***Required)
